CHAMELEON

🦎 I love creating these reptilian and ampibian animals, and plan to do more – first was Frog – knitted then Toad crocheted and of course knitted Newt now Chameleon!

🦎 Chameleon looks a little tricky but if you’ve knitted the frog or newt then it’s very similar in it’s manageabilty

🦎 Finished size: 9cm long knitted on 2mm needles… tho’ I do suggest you up a couple of sizes if you find it a little toooo fiddly or you can go even bigger than the size I made (or tinier if you’re into micro-knitting!)

🦎 Yarn-wise: you can use up any of your sock yarn stash… or any 4-ply weight yarn… have a ball with the different colours and patterns that are available!

🦎 The sweater you see is also included in the pattern with yarn recommendations

🦎 You’ll also need a pair 3mm or 4mm black Toy Safety Eyes with plastic (or metal washer)-type backs

🦎 Knitting-wise – It is knitted flat with very few seams & the legs can either be dpns i-cord or I’ve given you a way to i-cord on your two single-pointed needles, that’s all written within the pattern.
