This pattern is for sweater with a choice of 6 different designs for the front which will fit my 7 inch/18cms animals or a small toy of similar proportions.

The back and sleeves are worked in plain stocking stitch and there are six different options for the front, all based on a panel design, including cabled, eyelet and twisted stitch options. The size is approx 6cm (2 ½ inches) from neck to hem.

The sweater has shaped armholes and a chunky collar. It is worked flat in two separate pieces which are worked consecutively; the back first, then the front. Then the collar is knitted on, the sleeves are picked up from the armhole edges of the front and back and knitted down to the cuff , and finally the seams are closed.
