When is my card charged?
Immediately at checkout — and your download is released at the same moment.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments run over TLS encryption directly with our providers. FullAmigurumi never receives your full card number.
My payment was declined
Check the billing address and card details, try another method, or contact your bank. You can also pay with PayPal.
Will I get a receipt?
Your order confirmation email is your receipt. Invoices are also available under My Account → Orders.
