The stitch counts are wrong and if you follow some of the rounds as written, the light and dark colors will start to get “off” from one another. Very disappointed as I crochet for enjoyment but this pattern only caused frustration and wasted my time.

Some examples:
Starting with 18 stitches, the next row was dark: 2sc, light: 1sc, inc, 5sc, inc, 2sc, dark: 3sc, inc, 5sc, inc, 2sc (28) – There is only 4 increases, not 10?
Starting with 14 stitches, the next row was – 7 dec (6)

I haven’t made this yet but keeping being asked for a review so I will base it on what I know. I read through the pattern and it isn’t in the format I prefer (solely personal preference) so I began retyping it to make it more easy to follow for me during the project. While typing it, I found multiple stitch count errors that I corrected in my version, but the instructions themselves seemed accurate. I will know for sure when I get time to make the project. It is very cute and I’m looking forward to making it!
