• Black "Iris" yarn for the beak (black "Narcissus" also works).
• Hook to match your yarn; mine are size 1.5 and size 2.
• Fiberfill.
• Wire for the leg and neck frame, thicker than for the wings. White wire is preferred for the wings, but you can wrap it with yarn as you go.
• Blue bead eyes.
