• "Romashka" yarn, 100% cotton, 75 g / 320 m, in various colors (beige, white, black, green). "Narciss" red yarn (slightly thicker; "Romashka" would be better but I did not have any). Turquoise "Iris" yarn. Hook to match your yarn; I used hook No. 1.5 Clover. Fiberfill. Wire (if making a frame) — thin. 7 seed beads (beads), ladybug-shaped, 2 coins of 50 kopecks (for weight). Abbreviations: ch — chain stitch. sl st — slip stitch. sc — single crochet. dc — double crochet. hdc — half double crochet. inc — increase: work 2 sc into 1 sc of the previous round. dec — decrease: work 2 sc together. (inc) x6 — repeat what is in brackets the given number of times: increase 6 times. = 12 — stitch count for this round. 4 dc in 1 — work 4 dc into 1 sc of the previous round. 2 el — work 2 extended loops: the loop is pulled toward you. * — separator for clarity. Rnd 3: = 10 — work round 3 without changes, 10 sc. Rnd 3–5: = 10 — work rounds 3, 4, and 5, each without changes, 10 sc each.
