Little Ladybug is an original ladybug crochet pattern for a posable wire-frame amigurumi ladybug, about 5 cm tall / 12 cm long (2 × 4.7 in) tall. A realistic ladybug with red Tunisian-crochet wings, black spots, six wire legs and antennae — a charming little beetle for a shelf or a brooch.

Materials
- "Narcissus" yarn (100 g / 395 m), slightly silky — lays smoothly; colors: blue, pale turquoise, red.
- Sewing thread on spools no. 30–no. 40, red and black — for the antennae.
- Hook 1.75 mm (Clover).
- Fiberfill / stuffing.
- Wire for the frame, thin (copper-tinted, reddish, 0.5 mm thick). I tried thicker wire but the result was unattractive. I had some electrical wire on hand — the yellow insulation peels off easily and inside there are 14 thin, slightly stiff strands. See photo.
- 2 beads for the eyes, black seed beads for the spots, a bead for the wings.
Skill level
Intermediate: single crochet, increases and decreases, working in a spiral and crocheting around a wire frame. Each step is shown in a photo.
